Keşkek

It is a terrible thing to be fond of something but I'm exactly fond of Keşkek. I enjoy it so much. It seems as if it is nonsense, but it isn't. I have eaten so many times but it is different which eat in my hometown.
The best Keşkek I have ever eaten was in my hometown. While it is being prepared it takes long time but it is exactly worth it. You may not believe me now but if I say ingredients I'm sure you believe me. What does it include? It includes wheat, butter, salt, water and chicken. while you are preparing Keşkek, firstly you boil wheat with water by adding salt. When it becomes to the best flavour that is wanted, butter is added in it. After this step it is started to grind with staffs. Again it becomes to the best flavour that is wanted, chicken is added in it, but before you add it you should cut it into very small pieces. After it is mixed, Keşkek is ready for eating but of course with it's sauce. Its sauce is prepared with butter and ground red pepper. Now, you can eat whatever you want, but be careful not to eat your finger!
Unfortunately, I haven't eaten Keşkek like in my hometown for a long time, because Keşkek's taste that are prepared in different places out of my hometown are not as delicious as in my hometown. It is the only thing I want now, in the shortest time I want to go my hometown and eat Keşkek.

Which One Do You Prefer?

When I went to İstanbul, I didn't see any relationship among people as it is in Muğla. Wherever I went in Muğla, they behaved me in a hospitality way.

Muğla and İstanbul have similarites in some ways. As it is in Muğla, in a lot of place in İstanbul, you can feel comfortable and get relax. You may live foever freedom of sea in both places. You can get whatever you want easily, but as everytime if you have enough money. In both places there are a lot of opportunity to do what you want.

These two cities have more differencies than their similarities. You can go everywhere easily in Muğla, but it takes long hours in İstanbul. Crime rate is much more higher in İstanbul when we compare with Muğla. Development level of İstanbul is higher than Muğla and it's population is so crowded and this crowdedness results to disturbance. However, job opportunities may developed in big cities, number of unemployed people is higher.

Finally, I said if you want to relaxed life you must live in Muğla, but if you want to fight with unnecessary difficulties live in İstanbul...

OTHER SIDE OF MARRIAGE

Marriage with a foreigner is the best way to change your perspective to world. If I didn't meet Kristina, still I would have been working as a waiter in a hotel. It was the biggest day of my life when I married Kristina and so I re-opened my eyes to world.

Marrying someone who is foreigner is so different, because it makes you happy by opening the gate of abroad to you, in addition to set up home. you can live wherever you want. Because, people can go abroad easily now. Because, in the past it is not so easy but now it is easy. Tickets are not expensive. Although many people think these kind of marriages give harm to both sides aspect of both money and traditions, when people see their happiness , they are convinced.

Marrying a foreigner isn't so difficult as seen, because love cope with all difficulties.
